Tiled Conservatory Roof: Office
This is another great example of a double Edwardian conservatory roof build, using tapco tiles. Our customer, Mrs Harry, wanted to use this room for her home office but the usual problems arose, with it being too cold in the winter and too hot in the summer. There were also some leaks starting to appear on rainy days. As you can now see from the photos, all of the problems have been fixed, Mrs Harry has a lovely room to work in, and Pro Build have another satisfied customer.
I have come across a few builders in my time and some who have left me with little trust in the industry. However, on doing some research for the project I was undertaking I fell across Les and his family run business based in East Sussex. I viewed a project they had already completed and knew at once that the work they produced was to a high standard.
What’s different about this family run business is that they communicate with the customer. They keep the customer informed each step of the way. The worst thing for a customers is when they are left with half a project and not knowing when the builders will be back! You won’t have this problem with these guys, they arrive on time and on the day they agreed (weather permitting), they secure the area to ensure there is no damage to floors/furniture/garden etc. They are clean and tidy, polite and respectful, but most of all they produce an excellent piece of work with crisp clean lines.
There were a few blips on my project – this is to be expected – but they did not hesitate to come out and fix these, sometimes out of hours, and kept communications open.
Without trying to sound like a salesperson for Pro Build – I would not hesitate to recommend these guys, they are not only good value but produce a high standard of work.
